Location

Adelaide Festival Centre- Inspace Development

A physical performance project with an interactive design, reactive sonic sculpture and digital landscape that dancer Zoe Dunwoodie will manipulate and connect with throughout the work.

Driven by a desire to explore posthumanist theories, the “conversation” between human and technological systems, the formation of feedback loops and the delicate balance between destabilisation and stabilisation. A response to the fragility, power and entropy of different and complicated systems within which we all respond, engage and occupy; consciously and unconsciously. We will be using sensor technology around the space and connected to the dancer’s body to create an interactive mechanical sonic sculpture visual landscape within which Zoe can react and interact in real time.

This project will have an initial Development period through The Adelaide Festivals 'Inspace Programme'
